Booking

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit. Balance is due 30 days before tour start. We accept bank transfer in EUR or USD.

Cancellation

• More than 60 days before: full refund minus $50 admin fee.
• 30–60 days before: 70% refund.
• Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Visa

We provide LOI support for confirmed bookings. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Turkmen authorities. Refused visas are eligible for a full refund minus the LOI processing fee ($85).

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by border closures, weather, political events or other circumstances outside our control. We will reschedule or refund pro-rata.
